We trust that when you buy books from Kalk Bay Books you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any books we request that the following terms be considered.

Books will be accepted for return under the following conditions:
• They are unread and in pristine condition.
• The Kalk Bay Books purchase cash slip is presented - please note that without this we cannot process any returns.
• They are returned within a maximum of 10 days from date of purchase.
• Books with binding or printing errors will be replaced.
• Sale books and previously discounted books may not be returned.

No cash refunds will be given – credit vouchers will be issued.
